A Ministry to Married Couples:

The Cross Roads, situated near the corner of George St and Redfern St, is an Anglican ministry where Aboriginal Pastors minister to Aboriginal People of the Redfern Waterloo Area. Pastor Bill Simons and his wife Kaylene, and Pastor Ray Minniceon and his wife Sharon, work from the Cross Roads.
Colin Davis and his wife Rita are the caretakers of Cross Roads, and work with Bill and Ray.
Colin’s work is mainly with married couples, especially with husbands. He uses a sketch of two dolphins, of a mum and baby together, with Dad absent to illustrate his point.

Dad is absent because he doesn’t know :
- How to be a father
- How to be a husband
- How to be responsible
- How to accept 'NO' .

This is why Dad is not at home, because these 4 ingredients are missing. Ingredients sounds like something you would use in a cake mix; just as you can’t bake a cake with 4 main ingredients missing, in the same way you can’t bake a man into a husband with these 4 ingredients missing.
